Its is interesting reading Conroy's blustering with Google and defiance that the US Government never contacted the Federal Government, despite it being a matter of public record.
There are two possibilities as I see it - either he's truly ignorant, which truly paints a ghastly picture of the Federal Government's competence, or he is lying.
